The Assessor's Office places assessments on all real and personal
property in the city. We also respond to inquiries from taxpayers,
residents, mortgage/title companies, prospective buyers, realtors/appraisers,
and government agencies. Information provided is related to assessment
procedures, tax amounts, legal descriptions, lot sizes and listing information,
lot splits, owners of record, and qualifications for filing of state
exemptions.
